RunDesk

Book jobs from a screenshot, ask for reports in plain English

Connect RunDesk to Claude — the AI assistant made by Anthropic — on your computer or phone. Claude works with your RunDesk data using your own login, and nothing more.

Screenshot in, booking out

Customer sent a Facebook message, a text or an email? Share the screenshot with Claude and say "book this in". Claude reads the name, phone, address, bin size and date, checks your availability and price, asks you about anything unclear, and enters the booking.

Your company decides where those bookings go: into Booking Approvals first (the default), or straight onto the run. Bookings entered this way are marked "Entered by Claude" in Office, with who asked for it.

Reports by asking

  • "How did each driver go last week?" — jobs done, photos and dockets missing, hours
  • "Which pickups are overdue?" and "who still owes us money?"
  • Revenue by customer, size, zone or month; tonnes tipped by material
  • A daily brief: today's jobs, trucks down, approvals waiting

Claude says when the data isn't there rather than guessing.

Same permissions as your login

Each person connects with their own RunDesk login. A driver's login can't run company reports or see the customer list; an office login can only do what it can do in Office. Every booking Claude enters is checked by the same server rules as Office.

Getting started

RunDesk in Claude is being rolled out to RunDesk customers now. You add RunDesk as a connector in Claude once, sign in with your RunDesk login, and it then works in Claude on the web, desktop and phone. Claude's free plan allows one custom connector. Your company can switch it off in Office › Settings.

Claude is a product of Anthropic. RunDesk isn't made by or affiliated with Anthropic.
