Skip bin booking software that knows what's in the yard
RunDesk Office takes the booking, checks the bin is free, prices it by zone and turns it into a job, a run sheet stop and a tax invoice — without typing anything twice.
Bin availability before you say yes
Across the top of the bookings screen, every bin size shows how many are free for the day you're looking at — counting the bins in the yard, the ones already out, and the deliveries, changeovers and pickups booked between now and then. Pick another day on the calendar and the numbers change with it.
Fully booked? Mark the day as fully booked and your website stops offering it.
Every kind of job
Deliveries, changeovers (a full bin out, an empty one in), pickups, tip runs and bulk-haulage jobs all live on the same calendar. Group your fleet into your own categories — skip, hook-lift, front-lift, rear-lift, bulk haulage — and filter the day by category.

How a booking flows
Take it
Phone, walk-in or your website. Type the address and RunDesk finds the delivery zone and adds the surcharge.
Plan it
The run planner puts it on a driver's run in the order you want.
Do it
The driver delivers, takes the photo and fills in the docket on their phone.
Bill it
Raise the GST tax invoice from the job and see what's still owing on the customer's card.
Delivery zones and prices
Draw your delivery zones on a map around each depot and give each a surcharge, mark areas where customers must call first, or areas you don't service. New and amended bookings pick up the right zone automatically, and the website widget uses exactly the same zones — the server re-checks the price, so a customer can't change it in their browser.
Booking Approvals
Requests from your website (and from Claude, if you use it) wait in Booking Approvals. Check the address, approve it onto the calendar or reject it. Nothing reaches a driver until you say so.
Customers, quotes and tax invoices
Each customer has a card with their sites, jobs, hire terms and anything unpaid. Quotes become bookings; jobs become GST tax invoices in Australian dollars, with your ABN (checked as you type it) and bank details.
Where your customers come from
When you book a new customer, RunDesk asks how they found you. The advertising report then shows, for each source, new customers, bookings, revenue, what you spent and what each new customer cost — for this month, last month or the financial year from 1 July.
