Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST; GST (10%) is added on your tax invoice. Annual prepay is 10 months' price for 12 months. Website Bookings Pro isn't included in these examples.

Pricing questions
Who counts as a login?
Each person who signs in to RunDesk. Their type depends on what you let them use — a driver who only uses the Driver app is a Field login. You can change a person's access in Office › Users at any time; your next bill follows.
What happens after the free trial?
We'll check in before the 30 days are up. If you want to keep going, choose monthly or annual. If not, you don't pay anything and we delete the trial data.
What if a payment fails?
We'll let you know. If it stays unpaid, RunDesk goes read-only — you can still see and export everything — until it's paid. It isn't locked.
Do you offer discounts?
Annual prepay gets 2 months free. For larger fleets, talk to us.
