Weighbridge tickets and tipping, tied to the job

The Yard app shows every bin waiting to be tipped, records the weighbridge ticket against the job and keeps yard timesheets — so tip weights and charges are where the office needs them.

Bins to be tipped

When a driver picks up a full bin, it appears in the yard's "Bins to be tipped" list with the customer, the address, the size and the docket number. Tip it, and it moves to "Tipped today". Nothing falls through the cracks between the truck and the invoice.

Weighbridge tickets

Each ticket records the gross and tare weights (and the net weight worked out from them), date and time, vehicle rego, driver, customer, material and the charge. Tickets are kept with the job, so the office can bill overweight loads and answer "how heavy was it?" without digging through paper.

The office has its own Weighbridge screen too, for tickets written at the counter.

RunDesk doesn't read your weighbridge indicator automatically yet: the operator enters the weights shown on it.

Yard timesheets

Yard staff clock in and out on the yard tablet or their own phone. Times flow to Office › Timesheets for payroll.

Plant prestarts

Start a prestart for the loader or excavator before it's used; faults go to the workshop.

Weights for customers

With the customer photo portal, customers can see their own bin weights and tipping photos on your website.

Your records, kept

Weighbridge tickets, dockets and invoices are business records you may need to keep for tax and environmental purposes. RunDesk keeps them while you use it, and you can export your data at any time. RunDesk helps you keep good records, but it doesn't replace the reporting you owe your state's environment regulator.
